200–1 Fundraiser

Helping fund a full year of care at Hope Orphan Home

Hope Orphan Home exists to care for children in Sierra Leone by providing a safe home, daily meals, schooling, medical care, and discipleship. Our annual operating needs are about $80,000, and this fundraiser is a simple way for a lot of people to take part together.

How it works

At our in-person church visits, donors choose a numbered envelope that matches their commitment amount. For example, Envelope 1 represents a $1 gift, Envelope 67 represents a $67 gift, and so on.

• Envelopes 1–200 give a wide range of options and, together, add up to $20,100.

• We also include a small set of higher-level envelopes so we can realistically reach the full goal.

When someone commits, they place a small colored square on our traveling board as a visual reminder that every gift matters and that we’re doing this together.

The giving levels

This fundraiser includes:

• 1–200 (any number in that range)

• $1,000 (10 available)

• $2,000 (5 available)

• $5,000 (6 available)

• $10,000 (1 available)
